Many projects take approximately 4½ to 6 months from contract signing, depending on weather, the home, factory timing and utility connections.

PreFab does not operate a traditional dealership lot. That keeps overhead lower. Depending on the manufacturer, factory tours may be available, and some previous customers allow prospective buyers to view their completed homes.
